For the Nica Puro, Alec Bradley sought out to make a blend unlike any of their previous lines. They worked closely with Nestor Plasencia at Nestor’s Nica Factory to make a blend worthy of the Alec Bradley name. Alec Bradley normally makes all their cigars at the famed Raices Cubanas factory in Honduras. So, stepping out of their normal location to create a new line was not easy. Luckily, everything went smoothly and now we have a delicious medium to full-bodied, well-balanced cigar with enormous flavors that is 100% Nicaraguan!
The Alec Bradley Nica Puro – Puro Awesomeness.
As expected from Alec Bradley, this cigar is skillfully constructed by seasoned hands. This cigar's lively band and immpeccable construction makes it an eye-catching stick. This cigar sports a rich dark brown color that has a slight hue of red and has a smooth oily finish. The overall presentation of this cigar is simply beautiful. The pre light gives off an array of scents that have raisin, apricot and earthy undertones, then once lit the peppery spice and sweet earth notes leave you wanting more with every draw.
This is the cigar that’s meant to be enjoyed with a great espresso by your side. The combination of the two will most certainly have you in tune for the day. But don’t take our word for it, come by and light one up with us and tell us what you think!
Received an outstanding 90-rating from Cigar Aficionado magazine in the February 2015 issue!
