In the book of Joshua, the Bible details the taking of the city of Jericho: "...And it came to pass on the seventh day that they rose early about the dawning of the day, and compassed the city after the same manner seven times…and the priests bearing trumpets of ram's horns...blowing with the trumpets...and the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets; and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city..." Fast forward about 3000 years and, voila, the power of the horn has been rediscovered.

If you have been following the World Cup games, you have doubtless heard the vuvuzelas, a beautiful word for an ugly thing. These horns sound like a hell call during games, and I would not be surprised to see a soccer stadium collapse from the incredible sound. There is even talk of banning them from games!

The first cigar in the vuvuzelas sampler is Romeo Y Julieta Exhibition #3 (6x50) This excellent cigar is full of nutty flavors, peppered with notes of creamy chocolate and a dash of whipped cream and cinnamon.

Camacho Legendario Toro (6x50) ) is next. The Legend-Ario is a very special cigar, 100% Honduran rich tobacco with smoky flavors and a hint of cappuccino. It is complex and high octane, yet smooth and creamy to boot.

We continue with Rocky Patel Summer Collection Robusto (5x50) which gets you into the forbidden ambiance in short order. This new cigar creation by Rocky is another proof how Rocky Patel progressed with leaps and bounds to overtake the best of the best.
