The grass root coalition of cigar friendly organizations lead by Cigar Rights of America and IPCPR as well as many more trade associations achieved historic moment last week when we reached a working majority of 219 congressmen as co-sponsors of H.R. 1639 – our initiative to exclude premium cigars from FDA authority.
