It is the season of giving and it is time for all of us, the folks at Mike's Cigars, to tell you how much we appreciate your loyal support. We decided that giving something back is much better than lip service so we made this wonderful sampler with fantastic, BIG, Churchill cigars from Fuente, Montecristo, Romeo, Macanudo and 898-!!! Together they cost more than what you pay but, what the heck? You guys deserve a nice gift from us.
Our first cigar is Montecristo Churchill, (7 x 50) massive on taste and pouring quality, the Montecristo is sweet with spicy glazed hazelnuts flavors and Cedar buttery notes; it is a long slow smoke with deliciously creamy smooth finish.
Next is Romeo Y Julieta Vintage No. V (7 1/2 x 50). Another classic line of fine cigars from Romeo Y Julieta. This is the second non Cuban blend to come out of the Dominican Republic. It has a Smooth blend, but the cigar is very complex and has different aromas and flavor changes over the course of the smoke. This Mild to Medium cigar has a Dominican filler, Mexican binder and Cameroon Connecticut Ecuadorian wrapper.
Our 3rd cigar Macanudo Prince Philip (7 1/2 x 49) This royal cigar is mild and aromatic. It is handcrafted in the Dominican Republic with select Connecticut shade wrappers that are especially silky. Every cigar smoker should experience the ‘passion’ of a Macanudo Prince Philip.
Number four is Arturo Fuente Double Chateau Fuente (5 x 50) The 90-rated toro sized Arturo Fuente Double Chateau uses a Connecticut-seed Ecuadorian sun-grown wrapper to bring big flavors to this big cigar. Balanced with all Dominican fillers this cigar delivers big flavors in a rich, medium, balanced smoke.
Next is 898 Collection Churchill (7 1/2 x 50). This big Churchill is mild and creamy with a bold coffee core and a drop of spicy herbs. The silky wrapper leaf and sweet taste make the 8-9-8 a perfect way to complement the Montecristo and Romeo above.
