This sampler includes only Macanudo cigars. They are made of rare golden Shade wrapper leaves specially grown in Connecticut. The Macanudo tobacco leaves are harvested from the first and second primings of carefully selected crops. The wrappers are elegantly thin, yet remarkably supple with fine veins. They are blessed with a natural sweetness and their texture is especially smooth, without a hint of graininess. The result is a cigar that lives up to the tradition of quality that is Macanudo.

Our first cigar is the Macanudo Café Hyde Park (5 1/2 x 49) is yet another fantastic size in the Cafe line. This corona gorda is covered in a golden brown wrapper and uses the classic Macanudo filler blend. Slightly more to the mild-medium than others, the cigar is sweet and tasty.

898 Collection Lonsdale (6 1/2 x 42). This quality smoke is mild and creamy with a bold coffee core and a drop of spicy herbs. Mike's Cigars is proud to be the trademark owner and distributor of The 898 Collection. 898 Collection is a Super-Premium cigar in a class by itself. An awesome cigar with a medium body but so flavorful. With rich notes of French Vanilla Chocolate and a dash of honey nut, each 898 Collection cigar provides a spectacular smoking experience.

Third on our list is Macanudo Cru Royale Robusto (5 x 50) Handcrafted with exotic tobaccos exclusive to General Cigar and developed for the smoker who demands a uniquely satisfying medium body experience. The Dominican and Nicaraguan leaves mingle with Brazilian tobacco to invoke an aromatic smoke with a complex flavor and a long, clean finish.

Our fourth cigar is Macanudo Robust Hyde Park (5 1/2 x 49 ), constructed with only the darkest Connecticut Shade wrapper grown on Macanudo-owned Connecticut River Valley farms, the Macanudo Robust is a more flavorful cigar than the straight Mac. Daniel Nunez, former President of General Cigar combined the sweetness of a Connecticut Broadleaf binder with a fuller-flavored blend of Dominican, Honduran and Nicaraguan tobaccos, resulting in a passionate smoke, square pressed and delicious!

Last cigar is the Macanudo Café Astor (6 3/4 x 52), The Macanudo Café Astor cigar is a beautiful Lonsdale produced exclusively for Mike’s Cigars. Slightly longer than the Baron de Rothschild, our version gives you added smoke time for your money. Mild, yet flavorful the Macanudo Cafe Astor is a great cigar.
