At the time we wrote this text (Friday before the race), we did not know who won The Kentucky Derby last weekend, but the odds favor Lookin At Lucky, America’s champion 2-year-old of 2009 and a winner of six of eight career starts. If you're like Mike, and maybe not a race track expert, but certainly love horses, there’s nothing like an afternoon, horseback stroll with a good cigar. We even remember a great horse named "Cigar".

The Kentucky Derby Sampler includes Montecristo Churchill (7x50), loaded with full tobacco flavors of coffee and cream, with complex nutty notes, the Montecristo is a true cigar for the accomplished aficionado.

Continue with the Perdomo Habano Corojo Robusto (5 x 50). Made in Nicaragua, it is a complex and intriguing cigar full with flavors of Moroccan Café’ with tasty notes of glazed almonds in brown sugar, the Perdomo brings the Winter sampler to standing ovations.

Next is Rocky Patel The Edge Toro (6x52). It is a great smoke only Rocky Patel could create, boasting a solid full body with flavors of glazed almonds and toasted Cedar, The Edge Toro smokes slow and succulent and delivers an unbelievable smoking experience.

The next pick is Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real Churchill (7x50 ),with creamy hints of Cafe ‘con leche’ on the palate, it burns slow and sweet with rich, heavy nutty smoke.

Finally, the Siglo Limited Reserve IV (5 x 54) has a relaxed nature to this cigar and it has a “modern” feel with its dueling flavor elements. Siglo cigars continues to produce premium tobacco.
