My favorite radio show, as a young kid, was The Jack Benny Program. This outrageous comedian was famous for smoking 50 Cent cigars and living the life of a cheap skate. In real life, he was a generous man whose character made everyone laugh like the time he was trying to buy a Christmas gift for a $1.98! In one unforgettable episode, he was Christmas shopping for a friend when he spotted a pair of shoe laces but later exchanged them for a gopher trap.
