We were smoking some good cigars and he said he’s convinced that the whole thing is just an allegory about life and its temptations. He thought that if we interject the Garden of Eden situation, Eve was actually offering Adam something different. “It might very well be a good cigar collection like this one” he said, pointing at the tray on his desk. The second Forbidden Smoke Mike chose is the Macanudo Café Westminster (6 ¼x50). Creamy, rich and mild at the same time the big Torpedo is so smooth to the palate that.

Next cigar is the Puros Indios Piramide No. 2, A blend of Dominican, Brazilian, Nicaraguan and Jamaican (6 1/2x56) that allows for a very complex body with ultra rich flavors.

Next is Gispert Toro (6x50) by Altadis, Medium body but flavorful with exotic nuts flavors dipped in nutmeg, it has a deep sugary bouquet of notes and hints, solid, massive body and impeccable construction.

For the “Grand Finale” Mike saved the amazing Tempus by Alec Braley (Rated “94” by C.A. magazine). The Tempus Imperator (6x52) is blessed with a tempered nature, hence the name Tempus but it smokes wonderfully with full fledge of flavors reminiscent of smoked wholesome grains and charred roast.
