As Emeril throws some paprika into his omelet with his trademarked catchphrase, "BAM!", the crowd goes wild, and the at-home audience begins salivating at the idea of trying this at home. Just as Food Network chefs Emeril and Ina Garten are artisans in their field, food mixing scents and flavors in ways previously unimaginable, cigar chefs such as Rocky Patel create their own personal masterpiece flavor sensations. In the same way, Ernesto’s outstanding cigar-culinary skills are credited with the creation of the world-renowned La Gloria blends. This email special goes out to such savor geniuses as those previously mentioned, and some more tobacco chefs around the world.

The first smoke is the new cigar from Rocky Patel: the Patel Bros. Toro (Patel Brothers Toro 6 x 58). The big Toro is coated with a succulent Connecticut wrapper adding sweet caramelized notes to the rich cocoa flavors of the Nicaraguan blend.

We continue with CAO Italia Positano (6 x 50). This full body, powerful and very dark cigar boasting Italian grown tobacco from the Benevenuto valley in the south of Italy. The unique idea to combine Nicaraguan with continental filler is another CAO renovation. The final product, with Honduran binder/wrapper is an excellent.

Next cigar is La Gloria Cubana Double Corona (7¾ x 49). Full of buttery tastes of charred cedar bark and spicy nuts. Mike will never go far without a fresh La Gloria in his pocket.

Excalibur No. 2 (6¾X47), is deep brown, full body cigar. But it is smooth at the same time, combining power and balance, out of the ordinary way.

Last but not least is the Arturo Fuente Bauza Pyramid (5½ x 55). Boasting a huge spicy flavor with rich notes of peppery Cedar the Bauza is not short on taste, with its slow burn and long finish!
