The new E.P. Carrillo Core line Maduro was introduced in the summer of 2011 by Cuban-American master blender Ernesto Carrillo as an exceptional addition to his Cuban blending style. This new cigar is a bit heavier. E.P. Carrillo Core Maduro is a classic maduro with complex, but balanced flavors. The wrapper is an aged Connecticut Broadleaf and the filler blend is comprised of Nicaraguan & Dominican tobaccos held together by a spicy Ecuadorian Sumatra binder. E.P. Carrillo Core Maduro cigars are quality handmade and smoke with sweet and spicy notes of brown sugar and coffee with earthy flavors and hints of chocolate.
