The CAO Gold Vintage cigars feature the same all Nicaraguan long-filler blend used in the standard CAO Gold cigars with a Nicaraguan binder. The CAO Gold Vintage however showcases this time tested blend in an Ecuadorian Connecticut-shade seed wrapper from the outstanding crop of 2004 which many feel has been the best wrapper crop produced in this country.
This wrapper is alluringly smooth with a soft golden-brown color and light, sweet aroma. When combined, this fantastic wrapper and filler blend yield smooth, extremely creamy smoke with a subtle spicy backbone. Light floral tones are present with gentle woody hints.
The CAO Gold Vintage cigars are available in two great sizes. The Bouchon is a short perfecto with a maximum gauge of 60 which allows for a hefty amount of rich filler. The CAO Gold Vintage Cremant is a toro sized smoke guaranteed to provide a long, flavorful smoking experience.
