Lusitania Cigars by Perdomo

Since its introduction, about eight years ago, the Lusitania has been under great demand. So much so, that it is constantly “out of stock”.

Being in the business for over 40 years, very few cigars really excite me. However, this Lusitania cigar is really outstanding. It is made by Perdomo and I’d venture to say that this is the best Perdomo has ever made. From the get go we decided that this cigar will be available to consumers at the lowest price possible, so me restricted our margin limits to almost zero!

What we wanted was volume. We wanted to have everybody enjoy Lusitania at a reasonable price. Trust me, if this cigar was manufactured by one of the big companies it would sell for over $100 a box.

Lusitania is a Nicaraguan “puro”, handmade with only the finest tobaccos from the Nicaraguan regions of Jalapa and Esteli. Using the complex, aromatic tobaccos of the Jalapa valley with the fuller bodied tobaccos of Esteli, Tabacalera Perdomo has created a smooth, medium bodied blend graced with a rich Nicaraguan sungrown wrapper that offers a rich, satisfying finish. The Maduro version boasts mature dark wrapper leaves that are succulent and sweet to your heart’s content. Uniquely boxed in a beautiful Spanish cedar box of 20, the Lusitania is a must have for all cigar enthusiasts.
